August 2013, Making of the Biscuits for the Double Exhibition in Copenhagen

In these photographs you can follow the process of design and fabrication of the biscuits for the Mills Museum in Mallorca, the Providencia House in Barcelona, the 111 Building in Terrassa, the Kiosk for the Pius XII square in Barcelona, and the Flores & Prats Stamp, all of them designed and baked specially for the occasion. These cookies and chocolate cakes were on offer at the openings, and to produce them we worked together with the Escribà bakery in Barcelona. We drew the projects we wanted to make edible, and while they were producing and cooking them, we were able to observe their own workshop, which is just as artisanal as our own studio, with working methods we found familiar thanks to the tools used that are just like ours: knives, metal rulers, a long working table, cookies for snacking…
