The project organizes a new teaching and creative industries programme, introducing two courtyards in the extensive interior of the original industrial building, a place to spend long hours rehearsing and learning.

The circulation through the existing buildings starts in the union zone where the history of the growth of three different eras can be found. There a new vertical core will connect the different uses of the new center.

The circulation in plant is diagonal. This allows it to escape from the geometry associated with the module that dictated the original plants. The result is a series of classrooms and workshops that are grouped around the light from the large gaps excavated into the old building, bringing the exterior inside the old naves.
